pkr980 is accessible from across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. However, access to and use of online gambling services is subject to local law. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of pkr980 complies with all laws applicable in your location. pkr980 does not provide legal advice.

pkr980 supports a range of payment options familiar to Pakistani users. Available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account. For context, common Pakistani payment channels include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced as familiar payment options only — they do not endorse or support gambling, and pkr980 claims no affiliation with them. Always verify current availability in the cashier.

Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in the pkr980 cashier section at the time of deposit. As an illustrative reference, minimums in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 are common for mobile wallet channels, though actual current thresholds are confirmed within the cashier. These figures are subject to change and are not guarantees.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method chosen, the status of your KYC verification and the volume of pending requests at the time. pkr980 processes withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Completing full KYC verification in advance is the single most effective way to avoid delays. Contact support if your withdrawal has been pending longer than expected.

No. pkr980 enforces strict name-matching on all withdrawals. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as your pkr980 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted and will be declined. This policy exists to protect users from fraud and to comply with applicable financial regulations.

pkr980 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — whether a mobile wallet like Easypaisa or JazzCash, or a bank such as HBL or UBL — may apply their own transaction fees independently of pkr980. Always review your payment provider's own fee schedule. pkr980 has no control over third-party provider charges.

Deposits to your pkr980 account are credited immediately and you can generally place bets and play games with that balance. However, withdrawals will be held until your KYC verification is complete. pkr980 recommends completing KYC as soon as possible after registration — ideally before you need to make your first withdrawal — to avoid any processing delays.

Welcome bonuses at pkr980 are credited to your account after you meet the qualifying deposit requirement stated in the specific offer terms. Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement — a multiplier (such as 30×) that must be met before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with 30× wagering requires PKR 1,50,000 in total bets. Always read the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet through a bonus before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. It is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For instance, a 25× wagering requirement on a PKR 2,000 bonus means you must wager a cumulative total of PKR 50,000 across qualifying games or bets before that bonus converts to real withdrawable money. Specific requirements are stated in each offer's terms.

Yes. All pkr980 bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated at the time the bonus is offered — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. There are no extensions. Always check the expiry date of an active bonus in your account's bonus section.

Yes. While a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is unmet, most pkr980 promotions impose a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit — commonly in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000. Placing a bet that exceeds this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited. The specific maximum bet amount is stated in the terms of each individual offer.
