Users from Restricted Jurisdictions must not use the Platform. The inclusion of any payment-method reference (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) does not constitute an assertion that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or anywhere else.
Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport), a valid email address and a date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pkr980 accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where the breach results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
pkr980 may require you to complete identity verification at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at the operator's discretion. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete), your Account must be in good standing, and all applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied. Withdrawal requests submitted while a Bonus is active and its Wagering Requirement is unmet may result in the Bonus being forfeited.
pkr980 will process withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method, the outcome of any required verification review and the volume of pending requests. No specific processing timeline is guaranteed.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the pkr980 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers issued by pkr980 are subject to specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, maximum bet restrictions during the bonus period, eligible games lists, bonus expiry dates and maximum cash-out caps. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered through the applicable Wagering Requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. As an illustrative example: a Bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30× Wagering Requirement requires total wagers of PKR 1,50,000 before the Bonus converts to withdrawable cash. While a Bonus is active, you must not place any single bet exceeding the maximum bet amount stated in the specific bonus terms (commonly PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 per spin or bet). Exceeding this limit may result in the immediate forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
pkr980 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that bonus terms have been abused, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations; coordinating with other users to meet wagering requirements artificially.
All bonuses have a stated expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the bonus period will be forfeited without compensation.
Sports betting on the Platform — including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other markets — is governed by pkr980's Sportsbook Rules, which are accessible within the betting interface. In all cases where a result is disputed or a market is settled in error, pkr980's decision shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.
All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports) are subject to their respective game rules as set by the relevant third-party game provider. Nothing in these Terms limits pkr980's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pkr980's support team. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any unmet bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method following completion of any required verification.
pkr980 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, posed a regulatory risk, or where closure is required by applicable law or operator policy.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds where the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been met will be forfeited. Real-money Balances that have been earned in compliance with these Terms will be processed for return subject to any ongoing verification or investigation requirements.
